Area 21 Parking Permits

Renewal Deadlines

Area 21 Residential Parking Permits will expire on June 30, 2017. To renew, go to https://pabc.thepermitstore.com/purchase.php.

Permits must be retrieved at a community pick up or at the Parking Authority. Residents must present required documentation to obtain permits.

Please allow three business days between online purchase and community pick up.

Starting June 15, 2017, you may also purchase permits at the Parking Authority office, 200 W. Lombard Street, Suite B.

Community Pick Up

Date: Wednesday, June 14, 2017
Time: 6:45 to 7:30 p.m. (immediately prior to the TCNA Annual Membership Meeting)
Location: Calvert Middle School, outside the Assembly Hall, 4300 Charles Street

Date: Saturday, June 17, 2017
Time: 4:15 to 5:00 p.m.
Location: Ambassador Apartments, 3811 Canterbury Road, Dr. Snow’s Office (Please use the 39th Street entrance)

Required documentation must be presented to collect your permits.

About Area 21

Some areas within the Tuscany-Canterbury neighborhood require Area 21 residential parking permits for on-street parking between the hours of 2:30-8:30 p.m. on weekdays. These permits are issued by the Baltimore City Parking Authority. Area 21 parking restrictions affect unit blocks of W. 39th St., Canterbury Rd., Cloverhill Rd., Stony Run Lane, Stoneyford Rd. and West Highfield Rd. Area 21 permits expire on June 30 every year.

A Unit Block is a city block numbered 1-99.

Each residence in the zone is allowed to purchase a maximum of four(4) decals/stickers.
