The Tuscany-Canterbury Neighborhood Association

Tuscany-Canterbury is one of Baltimore's registered historic neighborhoods. It lies on land known in the 18th century as Merryman's Lot and in the 19th century as Clover Hill. Part of the Stony Run watershed, our neighborhood is bounded on the East by Charles Street, on the North by Overhill and Warrenton Roads, on the West by Linkwood Road and on the South by University Parkway. Tuscany-Canterbury abuts Stony Run Park and lies between Johns Hopkins University and Loyola College, Home to the Calvert School as well as some of Baltimore's finest restaurants, Tuscany-Canterbury is a charming eclectic mix of individual housing, apartments and condominiums. Most characteristic of the neighborhood are its gracious town homes that date back to the 1920's. Tuscany-Canterbury's varied architecture includes the work of Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, John Russell Pope, Laurence Hall Fowler, Wyatt & Nolting and John Ahlers.

Tuscany-Canterbury is served by the Tuscany-Canterbury Neighborhood Association(TCNA). For over 40 years TCNA has acted to, as the bylaws put it:
