Special Meeting Notice

* The Amendment was passed by a vote of 53 to 17.*
The Tuscany-Canterbury Neighborhood Association (TCNA) is hereby announcing a Special Meeting to address the purchase of 3906 Canterbury Road by Calvert School.
The purposes of this meeting are to:
• Inform TCNA members of The First Amendment to the Agreement of Restrictive Covenants between the TCNA and Calvert School. The Amendment will permit Calvert to purchase 3906 Canterbury Road for an expansion of the Lower School.
• Hold a discussion of the contents and implications of the Amendment
• Conduct a vote by TCNA members to approve the Amendment
